The Nine "Satanic Statements" of the Church of Satan revisited

Here are 9 simple statements I'm sure you've read (on second thought, maybe you never read them; in which case, I listed them). Anton LaVey made them.

But did you READ them? They are, indeed, simple statements and I have to seriously wonder who doesn't already know all of it if their IQ is over 50 and they are able to read words.

They are as simple, if not simpler, than the colorful way one might define something that one must be able to FEEL in order to grasp. The point is that everyone does these things in these statements, whether or not they admit they do these things. Apparently LaVey, when writing them, was obsessed with the fact that people did these things but then lied about doing them. He called it "Christian" hypocrisy. Christian? A simpler way to say that is, "they lie about things they do." The majority of his writings seem to Will-Focus on the herd and their doings and hypocrisies. Some of us don't tend to notice that or care about it, our Wills are not Focused on other people's business unless something catches our eye in the positive sense and looks like FUN.

And so my question is this: why would a person on the Left Hand Path be concerned about what other people do, don't do, or lie about doing? Did LaVey enjoy "indulging" in grouching about other people that he shouldn't have been concerned about? Well, Christians are concerned about that too: you see, lying is "wrong" or, ahem, it's a sin. So it's established that both the Christians and the LaVeyans care about people lying about what they do. OK.

This all has absolutely nothing to do with the Dark Force, Black Flame, or the solitary Left Hand Path that only the individual can be on. You can't share such a path with anyone else - and there are no rules or dogmas that can possibly be applied to The Path One is On.

Well, here are these 9 statements again with some comments from me, which will show anyone with a keen sense of savvy that the entire point of these are moot. NO ONE "obeys" them just as Christians don't "obey" their commandments or rules. NO ONE. LaVey himself didn't. His followers (heh, followers?) break every single one of these on a daily basis. The entirety of these are written TO the herd, focused ON the herd, like so much preaching. Ooops, the herd might not be paying attention, tish tish!. Does anyone on the Left Hand Path CARE? If so, then they are overstepping their own boundaries and butting into the business of others. Heh, deeds and actions prove that these LaVeyans and similar types "into Satan" are the first to CARE about what others think, how others change their opinions with the flux of reality, they even care about what others eat or enjoy watching for entertainment! They CARE. They aren't even on the Right Hand Path. They are NOWHERE.

LaVey said Satan represents: (it's in quotes):

"1. Indulgence instead of abstinence."

Do you know what abstinence is? Gotta diet, don't eat that. Don't smoke. Don't drink. Don't eat meat. Don't make love. Don't dance. Don't sing. Don't talk loud. Don't laugh. Don't play. Don't be rude. Above all don't be rude, be polite and kow-tow to lies. CENSOR yourself, GAG yourself lest you speak from your HEART some undefiled truth or REAL FEELING. KILL your feelings, DENY them. DENY the flesh but strive and strive to be something else. ALL of that is abstinence a/k/a "the repression of the heart." Let Christian or other inquisitors in your families, in society, lord it over you with rubbish "questions" as they PRETEND they are actually asking a question they WANT the answer to. NO, they don't want the answer, they just want to JUDGE you and make you have to JUSTIFY YOURSELF to them or at least try to make you FEEL THE NEED to justify yourself or your feelings or opinions (which might change from day to day since LIFE is all about change) when you have only TOLD THE TRUTH about something that you think or feel: That's TABOO in society. "Mom, that food tastes like SHIT, ptewy!" Letting them get away with this is a form of abstinence!

Do you know what indulgence is? Indulgence is the REFUSAL to let ANYONE do this to you, to REFUSE to censor yourself or straight-jacket your opinions, to SPEAK from the heart, to DO what you feel and want. THAT is indulgence. It is a LACK of judging oneself like the dualists tend to do. Indulgence is BEING. It is not BEING LIKED. IT IS LIKING TO BE!! INDULGE MEANS: I LIKE, I WANT, I DO, and it is also I DO NOT LIKE, I DO NOT WANT, THEREFORE I DO NOT DO. It's both!

Peer group pressure? This term means nothing to a natural born Satanist and by that I mean a person innately on the Left Handed Path (I definitely do NOT mean anyone in these satanic organizations who are all about peer group pressure!). There are no peers. It ONLY works on ABSTAINERS. THINK IN THE INNER way about this. Peer groups get you to abstain from BEING YOURSELF! You do the "in thing" for the group (no matter what the group is), no matter if you FEEL like NOT doing it. That's abstinence too, in an inner sense.

Now, the problem is this: People in LaVeyan type organizations, example, often abstain from eating foods they might love to eat; they abstain because they are obese. Therefore they are indulging in their diets. Heh. Abstaining IS a form of indulgence, in every respect. A thief might abstain from stealing food for his starving family if he is AFRAID to get caught. That's not abstaining; that's fear of the law; he is indulging in keeping himself out of jail. People who claim they abstain, but indulge in secret - well, that's nobody's business what they do, right? Right! Obviously, they are acting the role of abstainer for other people to see for some purpose that obviously gains them something. They are indulging in being an exhibitionist abstainer. Why would LaVeyans preach to them or care? Christians care because it's a spiritual matter to them and involved their religious rules. All of this is outer behavior.

"2. Vital Existence instead of spiritual pipe-dreams."

Do you know what Vital existence is? The 2 point up star is a glyph for this. It means LIBERATION, it means normal kundalini flow and release. It means VITALITY, the physical quality of BEING VITAL AND WHOLE.

Do you know what a pipe-dream is? Fake belief in disembodied entities out there. Fake creators of man. Fake idealized states of being, like kingdom of god or various other-earthly ideas where you are no longer a body but just a disembodied mind. It means a pipe dream, a wannabe, a LIE and a "robe" you wear while you PRETEND to be what you ARE NOT, pretend to know things you KNOW NOTHING about It is belief grounded not on TRUTH, but on a fantasy that society calls a "religion" or "faith." Spiritual pipe-dreams cover a lot of things. Some religions have MORE pipe-dreams than others. But the definition, even here, is confusing and misleading - it has to be qualified.

The problem here is that "spiritual pipe dreaming" doesn't mean having a laid-back belief or even convinced Gnosis, in a Divine Hand or Deity or "something like that" because you sincerely DO see it in nature everywhere, or sincerely feel it within. It's more or less the DESIRE FOR "something other" due to life being not so good. A pipe dream is also where a person is "gonna do" something, and it's usually something he is never going to do and can't do. Big Plans. Big Ideas. They all fall to nothing for pipe dreamers. Pipe dreaming is desiring some Big Parent Up there who's going to come and FIX things (for you, of course) or get rid of your enemies like some goody goody or bad-assed Superhero kiddy crap.

"3. Undefiled Wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit."

Undefiled Wisdom or Inner Truth is knowing the HARD TRUTH about yourself, without the bullshit or facades or pretends. I.e., if you are STUPID, then RECOGNIZE IT. It's also the ability to "see through" propaganda, especially the type put forth by the media and government and consumerist crap.

Hypocritical self-deceit? It's when you claim to be something you are NOT and you BELIEVE IT YOURSELF. Lots of neo-satanists in the "rebellion phase" and stuck in this phase are doing self-deceit LOUDLY. When you lie to another person and deceive THEM, this is OK! It's a viable evolutionary strategy! EVERYONE does it! When you deceive yourself, you are schizoid OR WORSE. Hypocritical deceit is just what Oral Roberts did when he announced on TV, "Give me millions or God will kill me." Well, he got his millions, people gave it to him of their own free will. That's free choice. But hypocritical SELF deceit is when e.g., you claim to be in favor of Freedom of Speech and yet are your OWN inner censor, you cry over rude words that might "hurt someone's feelings" even though the words are true, or at least a truthful OPINION you have. Such a person IS NOT and CAN NOT BE in favor of Free Speech because they do not even PRACTICE IT. They deceive themselves in thinking they are for it. It is deceiving yourself to be ANYTHING you are not. Such people tend to go into ballistic reaction mode when someone who really knows something comes around and smashes their little fortress of lies. Then they can be seen to go into self-destructive behavior and also retreat to their old faith: BELIEF in lies despite evidence to the contrary (or they join neo-Satan organizations that are all about nothing). Self-deceit is a tall subject because 99% of the CULTURAL Christian world LIVES AND BREATHES in a Sea of Lies: their own culture. They are not self-aware enough to even know that they deceive themselves. They are the ENEMIES of self sincerity inside their own selves. Hypocritical self-deceit, example, is the fool screaming about "sexual freedom and rights" when he never even GOT OFF! Such a confused, obscured person really has another agenda aside from "FREEDOM TO WORK if you are sexually different." Who would know about his personal crap if he didn't blab it all over to UNinterested others? His agenda has more to do with ACCEPTENCE BY OTHERS since he obviously does not accept himself. You can spot them: they'd try to PREACH this bullshit to people who have been HAVING SEX quite naturally since they were 13 years old or so. This is hypocritical SELF-deceit. This is not the same thing as a hypocrite! SELF-deceit is not the same as deceiving others. LaVey apparently thought that people going to the Christian meetings he indulged in watching and writing about, were deceiving themselves. Um: NO! Not hardly.

"4. Kindness to those who deserve it, instead of love wasted on ingrates."

Yes, people are often raised by FIENDS and told that this is love: so they grow up in this way. They automatically are chummy with scum. Like the "girlfriend" who does you a "favor" and gets you some crack cocaine when you are pregnant. They think this is a "friend." They don't recognize real kindness: they react to it as if the person is either an enemy to fear or a doormat to be walked on. We who are not like this KNOW what this statement means. It doesn't NEED explanation. But to the damaged (so many of whom flock into Satan organizations that have nothing but other omega wolves in them wanting to HURT someone or bully them) the concept of kindness or joy is unfathomable. They grow up loving or WANTING TO LOVE parents or spouses or siblings or even schoolmates that any healthy normal animal would want to SHOOT in vengeance instead. The peculiar thing is that most people from such abusive situations (any kind of repetitive abuse and from anyone) run away from it by joining abusive organizations where they are, once again, told what to do. They run away from gloom and ugliness and do so by running into WORSE gloom and ugliness, and the fools think it's satanic. Well, BOTH are satanic in the Webster's Dictionary sense and in the Biblical sense. (Look up Stockholm Syndrome.) They are apt to see Pinhead of Hellraiser as a cool character, yet they are incapable of seeing him as the same as what caused them to run to him - an asshole out to hurt people; they are incapable of seeing him as the Ultimate Tortured Jesus.

The statement about Love is almost different as one can be kind WITHOUT feeling love. A government spy can be kind to an enemy in order to obtain information. One can be kind to a total stranger simply out of animal-human decency. Love is a FEELING, it shines out of the heart area in a gentle way, like sunshine. It doesn't feel like anything to BE loved, but it feels like JOY TO love someone OR something. Love comes all of a sudden, and it goes just as suddenly. Normal healthy people would just let it go when it's gone and not try to FORCE something to exist when it's gone. When you do that, Love turns to obligation and then to hate. In the world there is a lot of love/hate. And we see love/hate is really HATE, not love. Love is writing a song you are inspired to write. Love is sharing it with another who liked it too. Love is NOT a bond of clinging as if you are half a person NEEDING another half. No: that is more a war of Wills because two people are TWO PEOPLE, not ONE.

Love is something klippoths CRAVE, whether it's "divine" love or love of others. I see they HAVE NO love WITHIN them, not for anything including themselves. And that is WHY they are kind to enemies and treat others who are truly kind like doormats. Love has many forms and English is not adequate to define it. There is the love of a thing or of knowledge, there is kinship love, mother love which is more of an instinct and quite different, love of an area (feeling at-home, more like territorial feelings), love of a mate (I don't mean lust, which is felt in the LOINS). Love is felt in the HEART area of the body, in the chest.

Kindness can be called compassion and is more like empathy. Christians preach this, but most of them have ONLY malice and feel good only when they can pretend to lord it over another, which they do out of inner weakness; they love to "find sinners and bully or harass them." Many neo-Satanists also do this, they delight in ganging up on anyone that is "not like them." LaVeyans have done this for decades against other Satanic organizations, including those that ignored them!

"5. Vengeance instead of turning the other cheek."

Yes. SMASH. We all know what vengeance is and what it feels like to want to GET IT. It is something any wild animal feels. There is nothing sociopathic about it except in a sick, decadent society where laws are made to protect abject scum. They get by with impunity, mouthing off, ripping off, as of old, but when the other side is given the freedom to GET EVEN they pass laws against it. Well, some animals don't care about that! When you taunt a wild animal that was never tamed enough (civilized?), it might GO AFTER you and rip off your head. Animals in zoos have been known to do this: it's natural. People, after reading "Toxic Parents," did what the book said and confronted their TOXIC parents. Result: a lot of parents ended up being killed by their kids. Our kind would have EXPECTED it.

"Turning the other cheek" is when you chicken out and then pretend that you are "above it all." Or it's something Christian parents have preached to their kids as the kids got tormented and bullied in schools on a daily basis. In reality this self-deceit FESTERS and poisons the emotions. I.e., they know they aren't "above striking back;" they know they are AFRAID to strike back. Often people attempt to "try to like" the HATED ENEMY in an attempt to NOT FEEL these festering emotions. Nope: it doesn't work. Turning the other cheek is an inward thing and NOT DOING that doesn't have to mean you have to get physical vengeance: just SPEAK OUT AND SHOUT IT, at least don't pretend to YOURSELF. Otherwise, if you really don't want to get even, it's not turning the cheek then, it's indulging in not caring! As one Satanist I know said, you can throw a curse on a person, no need for violence and trouble with the law. Well... to one grown in an inner city WITH violence, that doesn't sound like something carnal enough.... Even when the curse WORKS, it STILL doesn't feel quite as good as physically smashing the shit out of the enemy, with your bare hands! Once that's done, you REALLY don't care about it anymore: the feeling is GONE FOR GOOD.

Hmm, some might say that wrongs were done to LaVey, at least he FELT that he was wronged - but the fact of the matter is, he never got vengeance at all. He walled himself up like a monk instead, and his followers spoke up or encouraged others to jump into the "holy war." None of it was physical or real.

"6. Responsibility to the responsible instead of concern for psychic vampires."

Yes, it's why I refuse to give references when it is clear the person asking for them doesn't want them, give them direction on what books to study to KNOW what they CLAIM THEY WANT TO KNOW and they don't read them, but instead vampirize my time asking me over and over again the same question. LaVeyans do that a lot. "But WHY did you blah blah" and WHY did you blah blah." Answered 10 times. Are they that stupid? Yes. Or the type that wants the personal attention on his "problem" and the answer is all too simple. But they do not just do it, they stall, meander, and want to TALK ABOUT IT MORE. This is like mental masturbation on YOUR TIME. They want you to PAY ATTENTION to them, NOTICE that they exist. I let some do this to see them doing it (study it) and then SHOW THEM what they are DOING: true to form, they often turn ostrich and rationalize their meandering. When told later on to "fuck off" they obsess and "flame me," and even creatively invent stories about me - and they do this for years of their own time (what a waste of time!). Share what you have with those you like who ARE responsible and who REALLY want it for self edification or enjoyment: it's easy to tell that kind apart from the lonely klippoths looking for attention and ASKING for things. Genuine people usually have things of their own to SHARE BACK with you that they produce from not loneliness, but a full rich heart; they usually have their OWN JOY OF LIFE and things in common TO share. The psychic black hole has NOTHING inside to share. Giving things to such a black hole empty person is like throwing it in the garbage. However if one of them feels inclined to shower you with gifts, by all means, TAKE THEM - they are free. You owe them nothing, especially if they offered and you didn't ask for anything.

"7. Man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all fours, who, because of his "divine spiritual and intellectual development," has become the most vicious animal of all."

Note the quotations LaVey uses. I.e., there is no "divine" spiritual or intellectual development in man at all. I wonder how many lost sight of those quotes. LaVey put them in there. Anatomical and neurological knowledge of man's brain shows that it is just like any other mammal-animal's and there is nothing odd or strange about it (except for the miswired brains found by neurology that now tells us WHY some people think up pipe-dreams no matter what they think of and are NOT ABLE to grasp any kind of truth, and why others, even when SHOWN what they are doing, are "unable to know" or anosognosic). This type tends to BE dualists. By that I mean schizoid. Alexithymic. Anosognosic. Man is biologically exactly like any other animal (we are human animals) but few people have grown up freely in society wherein this nature was ALLOWED to bloom or grow naturally and NORMALLY. They are like damaged people and many such people flock to "other worldly" organized religions. (This is not to say that all organized religion is about other worldly things! Only a dualist would misread it that way!) They are unable to get a clue into themselves even when SHOWN. They all try to squirm out of it or make up excuses no matter how you nail them down. Neurologists found this too in their schizoid patients and the more schizoid they are, the more they do this. They also notoriously ego-project. Another word for what they are is HIGHLY REPRESSED to the point that they have become their own oppressors, or they pay to join organizations where they are dictated to (hierarchical organizations that even claim to be dictatorships!). They are their own INNER enemy: example would be a person who is "an enemy" who tells me he is going to do a crime or did one and then WORRIES that I'll turn him in! Why did he tell me? Or a person who claims to have had a war with some enemy and who never imagines that I might ASK that enemy about it. Then if the person lied, well, if the enemy never heard of him before, he will surely know about him NOW! Why did he invent this lie and TELL ME? He is his own enemy. Normal animals don't tend to do things like that. Rats don't deliberately catch themselves in traps and, after catching ONE rat, it is near impossible to catch ANY OTHERS in that same trap. But rats infected with parasites often DO begin to like the smell of cats and walk to up to cats that promptly eat them! The parasites make the rats behave in a neurologically deranged manner. In all outward appearances, this rat is behaving like a non-rat, or a klippothic rat.

The problem with this is that there is something that is definitely non-animal in things some humans do (and not klippothic either), since no other animal that we are aware of does such things and we can't know what the 99% extinct animals did. Animals, all of them, do have culture, society (group, collective, hive, or solitary), strategies and even technology of a type and MOST human endeavors are analogous; they are human-ANIMAL based technologies. All of it is based in what they can know from their own beings, their own bodies and in choices they make in adaptation. For instance, dolphins use sonar more advanced than anything humans have- but dolphins don't build it, they have it in their brains to be used; so they use it. Just like we use our opposable fingered, highly dexterous hands because we HAVE hands. There is a fine line to be drawn to make the distinction between biologically based animal behavior and things that are not, which humans do. Humans have been shown to have been capable of making technology that is wholly outside their biology - they are inspired, they get an insight from SOMEWHERE and some of these people who got these insights outright said it came from "not themselves!". Ramanujan, the 20^th century's greatest mathematician, is one example and he clearly stated this. His calculations were provable, empirical facts! In the Hellenic, this was known as Daimonic - or genius. But is this good for the human species in the end? So far, it's not since it causes environmental problems - but we have only seen the effects of this THUS FAR. (I.e., will global warming be good for humans and cause, perhaps, a new mutation or adaptation? We don't know, not YET!) At the time the inventions are created, they seem very good. As time passes, they turn out to be quite bad. To make it as distinct as I can: making a house, storing food, even writing things down, are all within our biological/animal nature to do. We have the bodily parts that just tend to DO such things - so some humans (not all) adopt these things, preserve them and they become part of a culture. But getting the idea to turn a solid metal into a liquid and then alloy it in a precise manner with another metal is not within our biological natures to do. It's something else. Using petroleum to make plastic is another example of non-animal behavior. USING spoons or something else to eat food is animal. But making plastic spoons or sterling silver spoons, or stainless steel spoons is not. Not even remotely! Aside from that, "humans as a species" do not do such things or invent such things. VERY FEW humans do this! The rest just do what monkeys do: copy it. Use it.

ALL animals become destructive, mean-spirited and even self-destructive when there is OVERPOPULATOIN. Man is no exception.

"8. Satan represents all the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental or emotional gratification. "

This is a tricky one for those of us who have a whole other category of sins that are not related to the Three Monotheistic Religions. If I were to take that at face value, I'd read that as, "LaVey wants you to be Ignorant, and thinks that Ignorance will call gratification," since Ignorance is the first and biggest SIN in my culture! LaVey wants you to be a WIMP, too, he thinks wimps will receive gratification. That's another SIN in my culture. Nah, I don't think he meant that.

What is LaVey calling "sins?" Oh, I see: CHRISTIAN STUFF! So then, he wrote this FOR Christians who'd be familiar with this stuff. Why, of course he did! Every theologian that ever read his stuff knows this (and dismisses it). OK:

Murder is a sin in Christianity, "thou shalt not kill." Well, with their Onward Christian Soldiers and Children's Crusades and Inquisition I used to think that murder, cultural genocide and even genocide was a VIRTUE in the Christian religion, part of their "Manifest Destiny Ordained by their God": like: kill people to hurry them into the Kingdom, or something like that?

When you want vengeance, well... it sure would feel good to beat the bastard gone. Christians, in deeds in history, are the most vengeful people on the planet, maybe equal to the Moslems. Jews have "an eye for an eye." They believe in vengeance. Let's see "thou shalt not kill." Jews distinguish between killing and murder when they say that in their own expanded version.

OK, "You should not, or thou shalt not steal." That's one of those commandments. Theft is a sin too but hunger is a good incentive to steal food if you can't get it otherwise. In such a situation, is the hungry, potential thief to blame or is the garbage economic system to blame? Blame blame blame, blame the devil!

Another sin: "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." Well, seems to me that the LaVeyans feel the same way - they are very hateful toward Wicca.

And so forth. Sorry, I don't know the other Christian sins and am seriously too lazy to go look them up and not sure where I'd find them - they're not on Page One of their Bible; that's where I looked. OH, I remember a few, "don't adulterate" (in the Hebrew that means to not make their tribe members impure by mixing), and don't worship idols. Oh, does it cause gratification to adulterate things or worship idols? Maybe. Whatever. Christians have been adulterating for centuries, even by raping people in foreign nations, probably because they don't know what the Hebrew meaning is.

I can assure the reader that LaVey NEVER went and broke all those Christian sins because our laws (in fact, MOST laws of most lands, even non-Christians lands), have incorporated most of them into law, e.g., stealing, murder, laws against doing that, and religious intolerance in many places, too - these days that might take the form of "Thou shalt not suffer a Fundamentalist Moslem to live?". LaVey wasn't telling anyone to go out and break the laws of the country, most of which are founded on the Three Monotheisms anyway. Though, on seriously looking at deeds, one has to wonder about what LaVey encourages his clubbies to do, when LaVey "dictates" to his club members to behave like a den of ravening wolves and go after anti-LaVeyans like Waffen SS Storm Troopers would: is that en enjoinder to murder people? Some might think it is and they do threaten people. Oddly, when others threaten them back, they whine to the skies about it. (They should be reminded that the Red Army smashed the Storm Troopers. HA HA metaphor). They never go after Christians or seriously anti-Satanic groups. They go after OTHER Satanic organizations, or they get their non-member supporters to do it. How odd!

So we have to figure out what LaVey meant by all this sin bullshit. .... ....

Aha! I got it! He meant the SO-CALLED Christian sins that have NOTHING TO DO with the law, like greed, lust and other things he spelled out in the Satanic Bible in an effort to turn the Christian sins upside down. Wait, Christians practice greed to a great extent (they absolutely love capitalism!) and lust doesn't seem to bother them either so long as they do various taboo forms of it in secret. (Too bad he didn't know what the original Greek for these "sins" were. Too bad the Christians don't know it either! HAH! Now that I DO know: "Another Look at Christianity" - read it.)

Sure some of these things, interpreted in street talk and used tongue-in-cheek, feel good sometimes. We'd more likely say that feelings of wanting vengeance means that someone already messed with you. This is a great disturbance of one's inner peace and we'd rather NOT indulge in that garbage unless necessary - as a CHORE. Organized Religions are preeminent joy-killers and what's insidious about them is that, once they've de-humanized your animal nature, you tend to perpetuate the repression against yourself when the authority is long gone; or you replace the old authority with a new one and even pay him to be your dictator. Or you might delude yourself into getting into "sexual freedom movements" and preach the CHORE of sex while you never even get off. Don't think this is just about sex. It's not. These preachy idiots are unable to even be aware of naturally FREER PEOPLE all around them that IGNORE them, yet at the same time, they are VERY aware of them on some level.

" 9. Satan has been the best friend the church has ever had, as he has kept it in business all these years."

So then, LaVey intended to do the Fundamentalists and the Pope a BIG FAVOR? Um, was he paid by them to do this? Good question! This statement needs an update. WHICH CHURCH is this Webster's Dictionary Satan a friend to? Well, this can't mean the Jewish Temple because they don't have a devil. And it can't mean Eastern clans or cults or Islam because they don't have this idea either. Islam tends to use "Great Satan" to mean the U.S.A. It can't mean Hindus because almost all the Hindu "deities" are viewed as Devils, more or less. So then, it means the Christians, their churches.

These 9 statements, in my opinion can't be read in isolation as if they are split off from each other. They form ONE BIG PICTURE of a thing to grasp and the thing being grasped is extremely simple. People already do all those things, whether they admit it or not. LaVey's concern seems to be the same as the Christian concern: people do these things and then LIE about it. Yeah, so what? What has this got to do with the Left Handed Solitary Path? Nothing.

Let's look at these statements then, and make Something of it: One can see A KIND of natural animal. The description, except for the last statement about "churches," applies to every single animal on earth, including worms, insects, sea life, etc. They don't tend to INVENT pipe dream sick-houses like churches nor do they set up shops where lies and fantasies can be sold to pipe-dreamers (consumer suckers included). But the other statements literally DO apply to every single living thing on the planet.

These statements FLOW INTO each other and on a very high level they are all like ONE STATEMENT since the fully liberated person automatically IS all these things and the repressed types automatically are the ENEMIES of it, despite the "movements" they get into where they try to deny they are enemies of it. E.g.: The person who can't even speak from his own heart CAN NOT BE for free speech. It's not possible.

Where LaVey, on page 16, bottom of page, said: "The DEVIL was much MORE THAN JUST that (anti Christianity, anthropomorphic devil: things LaVey cites as having happened in the past). Satan represented a dark, HIDDEN FORCE IN NATURE that was responsible (A CAUSAL AGENT) for the workings of earthly affairs for which science and religion had no explanation and no control." He then goes on to explain how he felt it first in small ways. Yes, but his organization is not the organization that has any information on this Dark Force in Nature. The SR organization has ALL the information on it. WE ARE THE DARK DOCTRINE ORG! And it's the only org in the world that explains it "for Satanists" in a very pure form.

What LaVey was talking about is NORMAL ANIMAL NATURE which, indeed, the ENEMY has called "of Satan" in Christian religion.

All we did was show that science SURELY DOES have a kind of explanation, even a formula, for this Dark Force. Anton LaVey may have felt it once, but he didn't really know anything about it, and this HIDDEN FORCE doesn't JUST affect earthly affairs (that's why we called it COSMOCRATOR). And we named this force: That Which causes entropy and more, much more. We explain all aspects of it. We showed that OH YES, the Christians (some authorities, like Augustine) SURELY DID define this: their scholars described it by telling us WHAT THE DEVIL DOES IN NATURE as LORD OF THIS WORLD according to their view. They must have ALSO felt it to be able to have described it so well, and yet they hardly knew what ANY KIND of force was. They know this force as THE THING THEY FEEL AT ODDS WITH!! Consider that! They feel at odds with: LIFE!

On a much higher level of "clarity" there is much to say about the interwovenness of these 9 statements; though the LaVeyans didn't say it. I'm saying it.

People misread these statements while other normal healthy types wonder what they could mean because they are just too obvious, too simple. A normal animal or person understands the most simple of things: "I LIKE, I WANT, I DO," or "I DO NOT LIKE, DO NOT WANT, DO NOT DO." This is not even something we have to THINK ABOUT: it's so automatic it is INSTINCT. E.g., food tastes bad? SPIT IT OUT. When you eat it in order to please another, that is a TYPE of abstinence or self-effacement that klippoths all do, but this is something that animals CAN NOT do and WOULD NOT do unless they were forced. So who's forcing humans to do it? Being forced would lead to a desire to get vengeance, by any means necessary - and here comes the rebel. And so these statements mean a whole other thing when you REALLY read them in the inner and real sense.

We creative healthy animals tend to TALK creatively. Others take their FAITH seriously and don't have a creative bone in their dead, stiff bodies. Other types often try to create new "mystery" religions with "dark words" for the concepts. Most of them are inversionist Christians. Devil Worshipers. Some of them are "tee hee PEE PEE tee hee" idiots that think they can "shock the herd" because they were REJECTED by the herd that they wanted so much to be a part of. Others are into "BOO." Well, heh, non-existent vampires and werewolves and demonic images are not scary when there are real live terrorists out there that have weapons of mass destruction. BOO!

The 1966 COS was fond of saying that EVIL was LIVE spelled backwards. True. It is. And the word VILE is an anagram for the word LIVE. So they aspire to be Biblical or Webster's Dictionary Satanists? Yes, they sure do - take a look at them! They often dress in the attire of the Catholic Priest and speak in Latin.

But what IS evil for real, as defined by people really from genuinely LHP cultures out there? This isn't something that most neo-Satanist even think about, especially since it was done to them, repeatedly, in their lives and especially since they perpetuate it and do it to others.

1. Satan is the "dark force" that permeates all of nature and motivates all things to act according to their inner nature. The Boundless Darkness Itself is SAT. The ACTION of emanating out of, unfolding out of, springing forth, is TAN. The motivator and the act of motivating all things are together: Satan. Satan is that which is the origin of all and the unmoved mover, and it is described by both the unfolding and the thing unfolded: Satan

2. All things have a beginning where all was one.

3.The "big bang" came from a spark within the one Dark Presence and all that results from the "big bang" is permeated by the Dark Force. The universe was emanated by this force going from Chaos-Dark into Cosmos-Light.

4. All things, over time in the cosmos, become separate and change without ceasing to change.

5. All things are constantly motivated to change according to environment, and then they change the environment by being in it, of it: there is a dialectical interaction. If they do not do this they perish and go into dissolution; but this is not destruction; it is only more change.

It follows from these that Satanists do what is best for themselves using foresight. Satanists oppose those that would combat the principles of the cosmos. Man is just another animal: Self-inner-truth-Wisdom is knowing what kind of animal a human is. - Satan represents undefiled wisdom, and the desire and Will to Know the Truth. All animals practice Indulgence according to their Kind; they have Vitality, and they are capable of Knowing the Inner-Truth of their own Beings, the Mystery of their own Beingness. Satanic Humans, falling into the category of mammals/primates, are Kind to those who deserve it and have responsibility of Self and are responsible to others of like kind: automatically! That is the kind of animals Satanic humans are: Zoös /Eros. They are OF NATURE. What rebels against its own nature is Klippothic. What lives in Unreality and desires the Lie is klippothic. The Klippoth is the enemy of Being - and since Being is Joy, the klippoth is the enemy of Joy. The Klippoth can be defined as the Unlife - Thanatos.
